La Fuga is a charming farmhouse located off the beaten track
just minutes from the medieval village of Varzi in the upper
Staffora Valley. It is a rustic place where the modern
and traditional come together to delight the palate.
In this farmhouse, Giancarlo produces the raw materials in which
Roberta, with knowledge and imagination, transforms them into
succulent delicacies.
